Yoga auf meiner Terrasse / on my terrace, Hotel La Gondola, Maronti, Ischia

Ab dieser Woche findet wieder Yoga statt, das ich seit der Hysterie der
Menschen wegen des Corona Virus on-line geniesse... und natürlich profitiere
ich auch hier davon auf meiner Terrasse des Hotel La Gondola (http://www.hotellagondola.it)! : )
From this week yoga takes place after summer holidays, which I've been enjoying online since the hysteria of humans about the corona virus... and of course I take advantage of it here too on Ischia on my terrace of the Hotel La Gondola (http://www.hotellagondola.it)! : )

Heute stand nochmals die Nitrodi Quelle auf meinem Programm: Um 13 Uhr
nahm ich den steilen Weg und Treppe unter die Füsse um in einer knappen Stunde
die 3,5 km und den Höhenunterschied von 250 m zu bemeistern. Unterwegs (fast
oben) kaufte ich 2 Flaschen ischkitanischer Weisswein und brachte sie Svetlana
um sie für heute Abend kühl zu stellen – sie hatte mich zum Abendessenn
eingeladen.
Today the Nitrodi spring was on my programme once again: At 1 pm I took the steep paths and stairs under my feet to master the 3.5 km and 250 m difference of altitude in just under an hour. On the way (almost there) I bought 2 bottles of Ischitan white wine for Svetlana to keep them cool for tonight – I was invited for dinner.

Kurz vor 14 Uhr erreichte ich die Nitrodiquelle (https://www.fonteninfenitrodi.com), wo man mich zum
schönsten Platz der Anlage begleitete. Auch heute hatte ich im Oasis reserviert
und pendelte 2 Stunden lang zwischen Duschen mit dem heilenden Nitrodi Wasser
und dem Liegestuhl mit traumhafter Aussicht... zwischendurch genoss ich bei
Pasquale einen frischen Orangensaft und einen Kräutertee aus dem Garten oder
verwöhnte mein Gesicht mit einer Maske. Dann war es schon Zeit für meine
Massage mit Gaia... Diesmal verabreichte sie mir eine Marma Therapie: Eine 1
1/2-stündige Mischung aus verschiedenen Wissenschaften wie Ayurveda, Akapunktur,
Meridiane etc. um mit heilender Berührung die Balance zwischen Geist und Körper
wiederherzustellen. Ich war zeitweise ganz weggetreten und Gaia arbeitete hart
um meine alten, versteckten und störenden Energien aus meinem Leib zu ziehen...
Shortly before 2 pm I reached the Nitrodi spring (https://www.fonteninfenitrodi.com), where I was escorted to the most beautiful place in the facility. Also today I had made a reservation at the Oasis and for 2 hours I alternated between showering with the healing Nitrodi water and the deck chair with a fantastic view... in between I had a fresh orange juice and a herbal tea from the garden at Pasquale or pampered my face with a mask. Then it was time for my massage with Gaia... This time she gave me a Marma therapy: an 1 1/2 hour mixture of different sciences like ayurveda, acapuncture, meridians etc. to balance out mind and body with a healing touch. At times I was completely spaced out and Gaia worked hard to pull my old, hidden and disturbing energies out of my body...

Wie wiederauferstanden und verabredet stand ich um 19 Uhr auf Svetlana
und Ciros Matte. Der Wein war herrlich kühl und eine Pfanne voller frischen
Crevetten bereit geschält und verzehrt zu werden... Doch schlussendlich war ich
die einzige, die wirklich etwas ass, denn die beiden hatten sich heute in einen
Streit verwickelt, der nicht mal vor ihrem Gast halt machte! Glücklicherweise
war ich dermassen ausbalanciert, dass das Ganze wie ein schlechter Film an mir
vorbeiging... ich ass und trank gemütlich, versuchte ab und zu etwas zu
schlichten oder begradigen - aber auch mich liess Ciro nicht zu Wort kommen!
Nach 2 Stunden hatte ich dann aber entschieden genug und fragte, was ich hier
eigentlich soll? Als ich mich verabschiedete, begannen sie darüber zu streiten,
wer mich nach Hause fahren würde und folgten mir nach draussen um das Drama
dort fortzusetzen. Im Nu versammelten sich Nachbarn und als die Rede von
Carabinieri war, war es für mich das Zeichen zu gehen! Ich lief zur Hauptstrasse
und machte Autostopp - das 3. Auto hielt an und der nette Herr fuhr mich zum
Maronti Strand. War ich glücklich nach den heutigen Erlebnissen unter mein
Laken schlüpfen zu können! : ))

As if resurrected and agreed, I turned up at Svetlana
and Ciro’s doorstep at 7 pm. The wine was wonderfully cool and a pan full of
fresh prawns was ready to be peeled and consumed... But in the end I was the
only one who really ate something, because the two of them had gotten into an
argument today that didn't even stop for guests! Fortunately, I was that
balanced out that the whole thing passed me by like a bad movie... I ate and
drank comfortably, tried to straighten out something every now and then - but
Ciro would not even let me have my say! After 2 hours I decided it was enough
and asked why I was supposed to be here? When I said goodbye, they started arguing
about who would drive me home and followed me outside to continue the drama
there. Neighbours gathered in no time and when the talk was about carabinieri,
it was the sign for me to leave! I walked to the main street and hitchhiked -
the third car stopped and the nice gentleman gave me a lift to Maronti beach.
After today's experiences I was really happy to slip under my sheet! : ))
