Meine Schuppenflechte hat sich über die Jahre auf meinem Körper
ausgebreitet und eine Isolationsschicht gebildet um mich zu schützen... und es
scheint mir, ich sehe so zerschunden aus wie unser Planet... Zu lange hatte ich
das Gefühl nicht glücklich und mich selber sein zu dürfen! : (( Arroganz,
Respektlosigkeit, Neid und Mobbing haben mir Angst vor Menschen eingeflösst -
seit ich mich auf die Natur konzentriere, wächst mein Urvertrauen wieder...
My psoriasis has spread on my body over the years and formed an isolating layer to protect me... and it seems to me as if I look as battered as our planet... For too long I had the feeling not being allowed to be happy and myself! : (( Arrogance, disrespect, envy and mobbing have made me fearful of humans - since I am concentrating on nature, my basic trust has come back again...

So flüchtete auch Svetlana gestern, weil sie Angst hatte, Ciro könne ihr
etwas antun nach dem Drama Italiana... Sie hat für 2 Tage ein Zimmer im La
Gondola (http://www.hotellagondola.it) genommen und verbrachte mit mir die Tage in den Hotelthermen und am
Strand. : )
That’s why Svetlana had to flee yesterday; she was afraid Ciro might do something to her after the drama Italiana… She took a room at the La Gondola (http://www.hotellagondola.it) for 2 days and spent the days with me in the hotel thermal baths and on the beach. : )

Am Donnerstag Abend nahm Svetlana mich mit ihrem Motorino auf eine Tour
um die Insel. War das herrlich frisch mit dem Fahrtwind! : ) Eigentlich wollten
wir in Laco Ameno etwas trinken gehen, aber wir hatten das Theater wegen des
Corona Virus völlig vergessen! Da wir keine Masken dabei hatten, blieb das
Restaurant leer und wir genossen einen frisch gepressten Orangen- bzw.
Limonensaft an einem sympathischen Stand in Forio...
On Thursday evening Svetlana took me on a tour around the island with her motorino. How wonderfully fresh in the wind! : ) Actually we intended to have a drink in Laco Ameno, but we had completely forgotten about the theatre because of the Corona Virus! Since we didn't have any masks with us, the restaurant stayed empty and we enjoyed a freshly squeezed orange resp. lime juice at a friendly stand in Forio...

Am Freitag Abend machte ich einen Spaziergang nach Sant Angelo.
Unterwegs fand ich endlich die Gelegenheit für Shopping: Bendaoud aus Marokko
war mit seinem mobilen Kleidergeschäft dort! : ) Dann ging es aber
schnurstracks zum Franciacorta in den Apollon Club, wo ich Salvatore und
Francesco vom letzten Jahr wiedertraf! : )

On Friday evening I went for a walk to Sant Angelo. On the way I finally
found the opportunity for shopping: Bendaoud from Morocco was in there with his
mobile clothes shop! : ) But thereafter I headed straight for a Franciacorta at
the Apollon Club, where I met Salvatore and Francesco from last year! : )
